why cloud could be used to improve graphics?
they cound launch a game with inferior graphics(like wii U standart), and the cloud could run the game at full graphics(ps4 standart).
they check the conection, if is good enough we could play wii U games with ps4 graphics due the cloud.
cant the cloud be used that way?

Agreed. Just want to point out that none of the companies are doing cloud streaming, except for sony. But their streaming is not coming until 2014
A game isn't just a game engine. In fact, what a game server runs isn't the same game engine as the player. The server has no need for graphics or textures. The only thing it is concerned with is where Player X is and where Player Y is. Likewise, it needs to know where you're aiming, and when you're shooting. That's it.
Everything else, textures, and campaign scenarios area all local. You feed the server coordinates in X,Y,Z and it sends you coordinate information as for player characters and non-player characters.
How a single player game can benefit from remote processing is; AI, and massive player environments. With AI, you could take the route of Turn10 and basically create bot AI players based on your friends. So you can have a single-player experience with your friends competing against you. The AI adopts the playing strategy of your friends. This creates a more realistic and less predictable AI. But even consider a game where you don't have that. Western RPGs are notorious for having big stories and lots of NPCs with their own histories, stories, and assignable quests.
Right now, if you play a game and a NPC approaches you with this urgent task that has to happen right away, you can take as long as you want to take up that quest and respond. In part this was because consoles didn't have the processing power to run the AI in it's own process and take into account all those NPCs. You might be able to deal with one or two, but usually local NPCs needed that process to run. While this generation has a lot more power for AIs to run in, the fact is you can still build bigger worlds.
Imagine a game in which you as a space traveler visit multiple planets. These planets each have their own AI. Not just individuals, but cities, and even creatures that populate the planet. So this AI runs in the background on the server, and when you come to visit that planet everything that has been happening on that planet since your last visit is updated in real-time for you. So let's say the planet you visited was a proto-planet with life just forming, and you smushed a particular bug. Well, maybe life doesn't quite evolve the way it was supposed to. Or maybe you were supposed to do something to help someone the last time you visited, but you put it off thinking, hey this isn't that important to deal with right now. I need to do this other thing first. Unfortunately, by the time you return, bad things have happened because you didn't do that one little thing.
Finally, remote processing would allow developers to build bigger worlds. This doesn't mean the online and offline game world would be any different in size, it just means all the calculations necessary to build the landscape can be done remotely and sent to the console as you approach. That way, by offloading the processing, the console has to do less world to deliver the same experience.

You are talking about cloud computing so 5 years from now probably. Not enough bandwith available currently in the world though. However cloud streaming can do better graphics than ps4 right now. There are two ways to use the cloud.
For online computations, sure, graphics rendering, I highly doubt it. Graphics cards run thousands of times faster than most peoples internet connection speed, so advanced graphics being computed and sent through the cloud won't work.
We've already seen this about emulating a persons AI before. This is probably the only thing that cloud computing is going to be used for this gen. Sega was really big on emulating an actual persons AI on the Virtua Fighter games, where they took data from players and added their play style into VF4 and VF5 to make the AI opponents a bit more realistic.
This isn't really new, isn't revolutionary. I don't see it changing gaming at all. It's one of those fads that are going to be talked about constantly and implemented in games here and there, but then when the consoles launch, people won't bother with it a couple years later, same with all this notebook/smart glass/cell phone crap they seem to have added to every game shown at E3. Once they find out that people really don't give a damn and that no one is wasting their time using those features, then they'll stop implementing that into games as well.

That's what I find kind of funny: When you ask people about concrete examples of what the cloud will allow for, the most mentioned example is the Time Shifted Multiplayer in Real Racing 3 - or the upcoming Forza Drive Avatar feature, which from what I understand is very similar.
But what's funny is that the TSM in Real Racing 3 is not even using the cloud, and the whole idea is actually extremely simple: If you want to race user X on track Y, the game simply looks up the time user X took to complete track Y, and this value is used as a parameter for creating an AI driver which will finish the race in about the same time. The concept is even much simpler than ghost drivers, for every possible driver is modeled using a single numeric value.

Now despite being so ridiculously simple, this is without a doubt a very clever and interesting idea to simulate the racing qualities of a certain driver - but it has nothing to do with the cloud.
The most interesting Cloud to me is the the one from Final Fantasy VII.

? It has to upload the data to a server.. That data is stored somewhere.. that server deals with the assigning my Avatar, my times to an AI profile.. creating an unique AI profile cause on some tracks I'm just better then on others.... another user.. one of my friends.. needs to access the server to download my AI data.. so my AI data with my avatar and name can race against them.. How is that not using cloud?
