"What is wrong with kinect sports?  They are pretty solid games.  Even if you dont like it, i was talking about exclusives available at launch, whether i liked them or not.  Honestly i do not like forza at all, and killer instinct looks dumb, but I still listed them because they are exclusives."

so if u don't like any x1 games then why buy x1

Never said I didnt like any x1 games, i just mentioned the ones i dont like because he was accusing me of having a bias.  Dead rising, and titanfall are must haves for me.  Quantum break also has the potential to be amazing.  Ryse and the black tusk game might be good.

Just like on the ps4 side i think knack and drive club look dumb, but killzone and infamous look amazing.  The order also has the potential to be great.

Honestly, I am not the kind of person that pumps up a game because it is on a certain system.  If a game looks good to me, i will get it, if it doesnt i wont.  That is why I always end up with all the systems.

"The games look great: Sony's exclusives didn't show such a great leap forward from current gen titles for me."

You lose me here.

Expected... He lost every Sony loyalists there

Sony loyalist? I own an Xbox 360 with about 20 games. Think before you write, good sir.

Oh... THAT make you credible now :)
I own 2 PS3... Oh wait, does not really mean anything, right?

Looks like it was written by a fanboy. This is the funny thing though:
"HDMI In: Watching the televised football while hacking zombies to death would be great."

I mean, who would play a game while watching TV? Sounds like he was brainwashed by Microsoft FUD.

You've never multi tasked? Never? Lol at you claiming someone is brainwashed.

Uh, no I've never had the urge to play a game while watching my favorite TV show. I"d rather focus on the TV show.

No. I don't have the urge to open up an internet browser in a sidebar while playing a game.

You think having a sidebar or spltscreen of apps is multitasking? Look at how the iPhone does it. Thats multi-tasking too. People can only focus on one thing at a time so having two apps or windows open at the same time is a gimmick. It doesn't have any real use. Windows 8 has that feature and I NEVER use it.

While I strongly disagree with your disrespectfull reply to this guy (calling him a "fanboy" and being brainwashed); I tend to agree that I do not see myself openning a web browser while playing...

NOW... My wife for instance if always doing that. When she wants to open a walkthought for instance... I also definitly have a a second TV set in my gaming room to watch some TV shows or hockey games while chilling out in Halo or another game.

You must look at other people point of view before calling them out :)

Yes, I think that new controller will probably be the best one made yet for any gaming system.

Plus who knows if they can even pull off that backwards compatibility with Gaki? Just this week they couldn't even pull off an upgrade without bricking a number of people's consoles, I have a wait and see on that promised backwards compatibly.

The current Kinect it amazing, the fact that they have more than double down and make it more than twice as powerful is exciting.

Most everyone that I have spoken too that has tried both systems like the Xbox One better.

I have to give credit to Sony trying, with that nice graphics card and all. But the massive latency in GDDR5, when the CPU tries to use it as regular ram, seems like they pulled another ‘cell blooper’ all over again. Not talking about a little latency either, but 7-10 times DDR3.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

If you're going to read a walkthrough wouldn't you need to pause the game? What's the point of having it in the sidebar when you can just quckly switch between full-screen apps?

@bold
That just doesn't make sense. Sorry but I just do not understand this way of thinking.

Both have good lineups, similar social/online features, comparable power, no drm etc. The difference is even less so than between PS360. At this point first parties and motion controls is all you need to consider if you have to pick one over the other.

And the $100 price difference.

Ask stefl1504 for a sig, even if you don't need one.

If you want to own a XB1 great but it does not make it a better system than the PS4. It is your money spend it as you want.

Right now I do not see much changes though. PS4 will have tons of games because Sony has tons of studios, in addition the Indy developers seem to be jumping on the PS4 wagon because of self publishing. XB1 should produced more franchises than on 360 but it will likely still rely heavily on 3rd party games.

Major difference though is MS does not have a year to recruit developers and gamers before their competition comes out. Also they are not the cheaper console anymore.

Will Kinect 2, Smart glass and tv apps be enough we will have to see but I buy a system for games and until XB1 shows me otherwise I have to believe that Sony will continue offering the better first party lineup.

Why don't you enlighten this tech semi-ignorant peasant that doesn't know the advantages of both type of ram(DDR3 & GDDR5) over each other in a closed and optimized gaming platform.

Idk the Kinect creepiness along with this NSA scandal. I would be cautious with Microsoft. You want to trust a sensor enabled to record at anytime it sees fit be it online offline (DVR). This thing can literally record your life and send it to the program PRISM. Laugh but look at what they can do now nevermind with a super perfected recording and listening device. Microsoft was NSA's number one supplier of people's personal info, REMEMBER THAT!

You don't use it, so it's brainwashing if I do? How does this begin to make sense? People multitask all the time man. Even you I'm sure.
