I think people are misinterpreting what this thread is about.

It's not a big deal that it went down, it was 25 minutes, who gives a fuck. It's the fact that both XBL and Xbox.com went down unexplainably right after Microsoft faced a huge backlash over anti-consumer policies. A logical conclusion would be that it was bought down by hacking, especially considering both XBL and Xbox.com are usually very reliable.

I've been expecting it, although I don't think this was it.
