Start with the oldest (KOTOR). Before beginning KOTOR II, strongly consider modding it to include the deleted content.

Seems like DS is the favourite around here. Isn't the Steam version already modded?

Well, I had a very limited PC till the beginning of this year, so the closest thing to it that I have played in the last years was Monster Hunter 3. I put 400 hours on that in the course of 1 1/2 year and loved it, but the Ultimate did not strike me as something I would like to go back to. Plus, WiiU is not officially available in Brazil yet.

This was an idea that really came across my mind. And I'll probably do it after hearing of the mods.

Dark Souls: Prepare to die a lot! I almost broke my PS3 controller playing this and Demon Souls (PS3)
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition & The Witcher 2 (Great games! I would play these two after Mass Effect :)
Dragon Age: Origins. You will probably play this between Mass Effect and KOTOR (It's as good as those 2)
Mass Effect 1 & 2 (Mass effect is probably the best RPG/Sci-fi action genre I've ever played) If you plan to get
KOTOR, play that one first before you play this..
Star Wars: KOTOR 1 & 2 ( I suggest just play KOTOR and skip the incomplete part II completely.)
Play KOTOR first :) enjoy!!
The Witcher games are frankly uninteresting for all the praise they receive, since they're basically an RPG whose basic concept and gameplay is dated for over a decade but with better graphics. They're like The Conduit for PC - when there's nothing else around to hype...
I'd play Dark Souls first, for a bit of what hardcore, well-made RPGs have to offer, if you are into that sort of thing. Otherwise or after DS, I'd go for the BioWare games, in any order.
