Can't you set up a account and link it to a country that has a Playstation Store?

Can't you just set another country in your personal data? Not a lot of countries but hopefully they'll get a store soon.

Yes... it is like contries with no Store or Plus uses the full experience of PS3.
ethomaz is a US account because I need PSN Store (when I created the BR store was not online) and Plus (not available in BR yet).

He has a US account, though. But maybe they will disallow you from having an out-of-region account and he will lose all 27,163 of his virtual trophies. 
(In this event, I suspect he would actually move to the US.)

Just create a an english, or german, or italian or french PSN account, or any account in which PS store is supported. There, problem solved.

I know that a joke but I think they can't because I travel between countries and use my original PSN account... or go live in another country too.
At least they require a valid home address to create the account... I have a hard time on google (30 seconds) to find a valid US address to create my account.

That's good but even if you couldn't i suspect that is still more than the 21 countries the Xbox One works in. But Sony need to really hurry up and give alot of these countries an official playstation store now.
