Forums - Microsoft - How is the 360 still leading almost weekly in the U.S?

I'm just asking. You claim that the Xbox 360 was at $100 price point time to time in the United States. I just want proof to that claim. I follow on sales a lot and I will tell you right now that the Xbox 360 was never just $100 here in the United States. Just $100 with no string attached, never.

You win. I was so wrong to point out that it has good library of games and it goes on sale ranging from $100 - $150. I give you this cookie for my incompetence. Would you want me to put that i was wrong in my sig. That is all i can offer you at this time of the night. My last message unless you tell me what to put in my sig.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Same reason PS2 was still selling even after the 360 was released and PS3/Wii were just on the horizon.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Cheap and good library of games. The 4GB version goes on sale for $100 - $150 from time to time.

Name me one time that the 4gb version was a $100?

The 4 GB version has been $99 w/ Gold subscription for awhile now, and before that the 4GB version was between $99 and free during several promotions if you bought a qualifying PC or laptop.

1. The 4 GB version has been $99 w/ Gold subscription for awhile now, and before that the 4GB version was between 2. $99 and free during several promotions if you bought a qualifying PC or laptop.

1. $99 first then $14.99 monthly for 2 years.

2. Buy a $600 laptop and get a free laptop is NOT $100.

The 360 was never under $150 with NO string attached.

And the PS3 has never even seen $150, and has only flirted with the 4GB's normal MSRP of $200 during Black Friday sales, so what's your point?

The point is you guys are making it sound that the Xbox 360 is on sale for $100 every other week. The lowest point for the Xbox 360 was at $139 and its was Black Friday.

What the PS3 got to do with anything I say?

360 is a much better console!!
