If you want to permantely give/sell your game to your friend, you nee to have him in the friendlist for 30 days at least.

And a game can only be given ONCE. Which is when they guy assures it's just a test, "MS" knocks the game out of the way anyway :P

But he said this is how you "share" your game. Not how to "give/sell" your game.

The key word is "share" so I think the second video is also inaccurate.

Funny but inaccurate. You share X1 games digitally. No need to physical give your copy to your friend and risk scratching it, losing it, or never getting it back :p
