Wouldnt worry about that. The indie channel was full of trash cos anyone in there bedroom with a spare $99 could upload crap to it, Sony allows self publishing on PS4, but you still have to be serious enough to afford to buy your own ps4 dev kits and own a buisness premises to get a license. Also Sony will help with the direction of these games, it wont just be a stream of shit moderated by the community. The reason indies are flocking to PS4 rather than xbox is the simple thing that you dont need a publisher behind you of any kind.
