Yes. I never understood why depart from it? Look at Nintendo. They prove to us you can have modern and classic style entries on their franchises. I'm sure squeenix can too.

I have Final Fantasy 6 and every port of Final Fantasy 6 that's been released in the US. Hell yes I want a remake. Final Fantasy 6 is the best in the series. I want a Final Fantasy 7 remake only because they' showed that tech demo, but I want a Final Fantasy 6 remake more.

Also like other people have said. Please don't screw it up Square Enix. Don't add in stupid features just because you can. Remake the GBA version and include all the extra dungeons, extra bosses, and maybe add more extra dungeons that can be played end game,but don't do anything to the gameplay.
