I really am consfused no nintendo console has broken that amazing 100 million line, I really am not sure the wii will break it. Not saying I dont want it to, but I wont be predicting much of wii in the mean time.

DS should make it by 2009.

DS- mid to late 2009.

Wii- I personally don't think it'll ever top 100 million, but if there was a scenario that would put it over 100 million, then it'd top it by late 2010 to mid 2011.

That's poor reasoning. Before the PS1, no Sony system had broken 100m either. Before the NES, no Nintendo system had broken 50m. Of course, that's because it was their first, but if you notice, those systems were ALSO the first to break those milestones at all!

Each generation, gaming has done better and better. Even the third generation flourished, despite the market crash that preceeded it! You can count on the Wii outdoing 100m. I can guarantee you that. I also believe it will outdo the PS2, but that's less guaranteeable
