I do agree with that.  Nintendo definitely got it right after their e3 direct.  Sony got some, though not as much as Nintendo or Microsoft (you'd be fooling yourself if you think otherwise).  This site has a large userbase of Sony fans, so I suppose that's why.  

I havent even got to tell people on this site how I felt about E3 so I will say it now.  Loved every single conference including Ubisoft and EA's.  Best E3 ive seen in my opinion.

Agreed.  Too many dupllicate threads that are worded differently but say the same thing, not just DRM.  I brought up this issue I think amonth ago.  I believe there needs to be officiol thread for hot topics such as that.

I hope you're not talking about VGC. IIRC I was here during the PS3 reveal back then(not yet a member) and I could tell you this is miles demure compared to the hellish trolling going on back then. Troll bets everywhere betting their VGC dosh like a bigshot. Calling out fans non stop.

i'm not strictly talking about the fanboy war that has been going between microsoft and sony. I'm talking about the general negativity in this community. People find the smallest thing to compain about and blow it out of proportion.

this idea that someone is instantly an "enemy" and deserves to be "called out" over his personal preference is frankly childish and is nothing more than an example of everything that's going wrong with the general gaming culture.

No one cares, really.

But jay acts like he doesn't prefer any console over the other. But his threads and posts tell a different story.

Some people hate people who has a fake persona. That's why he gets "called out" a lot. Not saying jay has a fake persona, though.

People do care though apparently.

at the moment this site is literally 95% pro Sony and anyone who prefers anything else is instantly ganged up on.

ive been here since 07 when you count my first year lurking and it has never been this bad.


Not just this site, visit any gaming community, the backlash Microsoft gets is justified, its not just Sony fans, its the whole internet that is criticizing the new Xbox, to blame Sony fans is spinning.

I love the games MS showed, but Fuck DRM!

I sometimes want to leave due to the horrendous 'sentances' that get spewed out by some of the 'experts' on the site. Some of these even happen in the OP sometimes - God forbid.
