True, but we also have to take into consideration the visuals, wich they always seem to overpromisse on. I know I am beeing a downer but I think people are to quick to Hate and or forgive, without much info.
I prefer to take the safe aprouch with them from now on, another thing is the production of this game has been wierd, it's got a new name now, so maybe it can have a smoth sailling till the end.

Looks like they're going for that Advent Children style of gameplay. Looks really good overall.

I lost my excitement for Versus ages ago. This definitely has reignited it. I also like that there is some element of party gameplay (a must for a main-series FF.) Still not hyped enough to buy PS4 or XBone for it. Nevertheless, in the distant future when I finally get those consoles I'll pick it up!

I'm at a total loss for words, just wow. I have to nitpick but the poster in the background when they sliced up that Behemoth near the end, it said 9.15. Potential release date next year? I also notice you swap between characters in middle of gameplay like they mentioned a long time ago, as spotted at the end when blonde takes cover.

It looks really fun.

Hopefully, Nomura takes Kitase and Toriyama to school when it comes to proper Final Fantasy game design.
