Amen man. I'm no longer sure I even need a PS4.

I mean I'd like to play inFamous Second Son, but other than that.......

Yeah I was hyped during the Sony conference but I'm starting to question if I should get PS4 over Xbox One.

$100 less, no DRM, will have exclusive Japanese games over time (like Tales). Easy choice IMO.

Your right Tales games are easily a deciding factor and other JRPGs to come. NVM PS4 is still my top choice. Thanks for knocking some sense into me.

Right now it's an easy choice for me to go X1 only. They had much more exclusives at their conference. An interesting, diverse line up, and they're clearly committed to really hoping their first party content. Sony showed.....exclusives announced in February, and multiplats. Weak. I only play very few Japanese games, so again...not a selling point for me personally.

Price and DRM are non issues for me, but I do recognize that they are for other people, so I can totally understand anyone who might be leaning the other way.

Price was the deciding factor in why MS cut the PS2's dominant marketshare in half. Sony might be taking a large portion of the marketshare they created back. All MS had to do was level the third party playingfield and leave it up to the exclusives after that. The third party titles are the lionshare of the value in titles if you can get them exclusive. MS definitely pulled the wallet out for this.

No way SE was putting a game on a console exclusively, what gets me is no WiiU version?

I don't disagree. Regardless, I'll enjoy the X1, and probably buy a PS4 at some point down the road. Mayyyybe at launch if a bunch of my friends get it and wanna play Kill zone with me

totally fine with this and ff15 multiplat now. The only reason it was so shit with ff 13 going multi plat was the limitation of disc.
