Yeah guess they are. 'Weight' I always feel is actually pretty useful, but I try to find a combination that still gives me a decent acceleration and fits my style of steering. I should've said I'm still searching frantically for a good kart right now, because that was more what I actually meant. Finally got something that fits me perfectly in MK7 and now I gotta do it all over again in MK8 .

Won't stop me from joining a tournament soon in any way !

With the world cup just around the corner are we still having Saturday and Sunday tournaments?

I dont see any problem, looks like the tournaments arent that long so at the very least you will be able to see half the match or play with off tv to do both things at once

Yup, they'll still be going. The Sunday tourney shouldn't clash with any World Cup games anyway, there's off-TV play and not everyone watches it.

I find this to be opposite for me, as they've only gotten more and more awesome!

Welp I've had my first official rage quit.

Doing Mirror Mode on Lightning Cup.

Gotten 1st on the first 3 courses.

Am first on the last lap of Rainbow Road. Get knocked off from Morton Bumping me via a Mushroom/Drift Boost. Get back on track immediately knocked off via Yoshi with Star Power. Get back on track immediately get knocked off from someone using Bullet Bill.

Get back on track and I am 12th place.

I turned off the console....

That's enough Mario kart 8 for a while.
