I agree. When I saw this I thought OH GOD PLEASE DON'T LET THAT BE THE WIIU MARIO GAME......

It looks like a 3DS game just a little bit better. has this stupid nonsensical time limit that just pevents you from enjoying the scenery like every 2D/ Sideways mario has..... (I love 64/Galaxy for having no time limit) I mean seriously who dies because of the time limit.....

This could easilby be done on 3DS and Wii why do I have a WiiU for a game like this? I was expecting something with huge SCALE. A big castle with garden with tons of stuff to collect and hidden secrets etc. Not just Mario 3D Land 2. It was great for a 3DS title but is cheap for WiiU.

Also DK was disappointing. I like DK but seriously Retro doing this was a real WASTE. I understand that Nintendo might not be fully experienced with HD games and needs some time but they could at least have mentioned Metroid or Starfox or F-Zero or whatever.

X was really awesome so was Mariokart8 but DK Mario3D2 etc are no WiiU games. (might be fast "ports" so the console has at least some games)

DK and Mario also dont really help the WiiU with its identity crysis. It now has Wii and 3DS games.... It needs WiiU games....

Maybe I'm still in the "nerd rage" phase, but this games looks horrible.

I'm done with Mario platformers. I still had hopes for the 3D Mario tittles but I can't take this.

SMG1-2 looked pretty good and were one of the best platformers ever. I don't know why they cannot do it again. SMS and SM64 were flagship titles. This looks like 3DLand HD, not like a proper Wii U title.

Looks weaksauce as hell, I won't be buying. Phenomenal letdown after Galaxy 1 & 2, as I predicted.

Disagree about DK though, the first one was incredible, I'm hyped for #2.
