This thread reeks of desperation. WOW they have a couple more games we know nothing about and have no idea how good/bad they are announced. Sonys biggest studios games have not been announced. IMO MS went with quantity, Sony is much more concerned with taking each studios time to make quality games. launch titles are always underwhelming and hit or miss.

Sounds like Op is desperate and wants to just play the numbers game. A couple more new IP's don't trump 399 and no drm.

Sony has strong first party, that won't change, you buy PS4 you know exclusives are coming.

All I remember seeing/hearing from Jack was that 40 "Only on PlayStation" titles would be releasing next year.


it was actually in the confrence. they arent first party games though, they are games published by worldwide studios. so games from quantic dream or ready at dawn for example are counted in them. 

it was minute 25 or something if i remember correctly. i double checked that he said that earlier today though.

Sony funded* then, like the MS funded 15

Yeah, published = funded. So as you said not necessarily first party.

OP also forgot planetside 2 and several indie exclusives. This is why titan fall is pointless IMO, so many good f2p shooters and saturation in that genre.
