Why is it horrible?

The fact you can't grab on the ledge unless you press up, I find it annoying if you are on a small level.

 


Dedede's aerial jumps are usually pretty good for recovery from all but the farthest out/down stuff though and while the Up + B may be somewhat tricky to use and leave you vulnerable at times, it goes a lot farther than say Kirby's Final Cutter.

Did someone say best VGC brawl player *MaxwellGT2000 enters* but yeah beating fazz is nothing when it comes to time matches =P 1 vs 1 stock makes him a bit tougher, same goes for Riot though it goes from sucking to "maybe he can win if you mess up enough", if you haven't beat WoW, fazz (at stock) and Tao I won't take you seriously =D

Be careful though.  Dedede won't crash down into the ground if you do the air flip instead.  Unless you know you're not hitting the ground, don't do it...

Be careful though.  Dedede won't crash down into the ground if you do the air flip instead.  Unless you know you're not hitting the ground, don't do it...


He's still vulnerable if you go crashing down...

Yeah, but at least he can hit people normally and put out the stars on either side.  If you flip up he's a falling sitting duck.*
