MAN ITS ALMOST HERE I CAN WAIT!

In my day we would hike through blizzards for 10 miles uphill (both ways) just for the hopes of finding out there was a midnight launch for a good game! Get your parka and snow dogs together and head there regardless of the weather!

calm down guys, it could be considered spamming if all you're gonna write is post "# xxxx, X hours to go!"

Then again who cares if we get banned, we'd be busy playing the game anyway

The snow stopped, I'm going to call the local gamestop to see if the midnight launch is still on.

Got the game Friday (dont' ask, won't say). So I've been playing it with my kids for 12 hours now. Quick thoughts:

LOVE Sonic!! New favorite character

Didn't like Diddy Kong as much as I thought.

Metaknight is good but very light

King Dedede is better than I expected.

Hate the FLUDD

Smash Balls are AWESOME!!! Fantastic addition

Kirby's Dragoon ride (the one in three pieces) I hate in 2 player as the entire gameplay becomes fixated on getting the pieces - much moreso than the smashball even. It's welcome in 4 player though where it's less of a distraction and well earned when someone actually gets it.

Subspace Emassary - I see what the critics are saying, If it was sold seperately it'd definately be a broken game. Co-op is very broken because the 2nd player spends a huge amount of time off screen and can't see what he's doing. Leads to too many accidental deaths. Still fun and a totally awesome addition to the game.

Stage builder - don't have enough pieces yet to do much.

Assist trophies - great but basically a pokeball as far as gameplay goes (except you don't toss them)

Olimar is wierd. Love all the new characters. Haven't unlocked them all yet. Looking forward to ROB, Snake and Wolf.
