Wow, I haven't been to smashboards for almost two weeks...  Yippie at Falco being top of the A tier and Luigi being top of the E tier.  Wtf at Mario's place... Him and Bowser should trade places.  Fox should be higher.

 

he moved up  2 spots.....and so did luigi....fox fell 6 spots....biggest fall of everyone.   Olimar moved up 8 spots
