Yeah, I'm going to the tournament. It starts at 9 pm at my Gamestop, and at midnight I can take my game and go home, so I see no reason NOT to play some Brawl before it actually releases hehe. Maybe I might even win if my local tourney sucks enough.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
Im staying up tonight for the last update before the release. Dojo, you've been good to me *sheds a tear*

That's the kinda thing you do to the Tekken games (or does one forget about the code to make all the characters super-deformed?), NOT to SSB games, I mean, the "black hole glitch" in Melee was bad enough... Disclaimer: Aatg885 has a great deal of respect for the Tekken series, and would never wish ill on a game series that has provided him with such memorable moments as Jin's ending in "Tekken 4"... Seriously, check it out... However, Aatg885 does not like the idea of violating the end user agreement on video game packaging, and has minimal respect for those who do so. Breaking the EULA isn't breaking the law.. It's NOT illegal, though it does give Nintendo the right to take the game away(contract violation = civil case, not criminal case). It's not the same as distributing illegal copies of the game by any stretch of the imagination.
The ONLY thing that might trip him up is the DMCA, since I'm assuming he 'broke' the Wii's encryption to get the modified code to run. Granted I have some issues with the DMCA in reguards to hacking software you've legally purchased.
Of course I'm all for users hacking games. Heck, I've done it myself on many PC titles and I had my fair share of fun 'hunting' for new codes with the NES and SNES Game Genies(hehe, LOVED it when I got the fighters to play upside down in Street Fighter II). The only point where I draw the line is when it comes to doing it to gain an advantage during multiplayer competitive play.
ACTUALLY, I'M RETURNING TO MY COMPLETELY OUT-OF-LEFT FIELD PREDICTION:
Tonight, Sakurai will announce that the original SSB will be available for purchase on the Virtual Console Sunday morning, just as SMB3 was for Galaxy and Metroid/Super Metroid were for Prime 3.
And no, no tournament for me...
^^Sakurai said the updates will go on for two more months after release
Although, I have no idea what he'll update about.
Regarding that video with Pikachu and all 3 Pokemanz from PT out, it's from an event match. You're Pikachu against all 3 Pokemanz, so they get matching colors which is normally not possible.
I am suuuuper hyped for the game. I am trying to finish my projects and papers today and tomorrow so that i will have enough good free time for Smash.
