I tried the jab, but it keeps missing. Marth's jab sucks.

I have to learn to stay on the stage. It's just when you're floating around, I think free hit and go running clean of the stage after you.

Just have to learn the match ups a little better. Against certain characters its perfectly safe to go out and meet them head on. Against others its one of the silliest things you can do. Dedede happens to be someone that can do a lot of evil things off stage, its best to wait til he's closer and try to force an Up-B from him.

against ddd I'm confident I out gimp him when where of the stage. It just doesn't end up how I would like it to.

 I don't really think so. Dedede is one of the hardest characters to gimp....He can recover from almost anywhere, and his recovery has Super Armor Frames like Ike's Aether, except his lasts all the way going up until he reaches the peak point of his recovery. That's when you strike. The only way to kill him is to K.O. him by damage or Spike, by gimping it's almost impossible. Edgehogging works too if he's far enough.

what the hell? I can't beat Ike. Ike is for morons.
