I'm sticking with the Wii U I already got.
I'll have Nintendo's franchises, in HD, with BluRay sized disc-space to work with. I'll have a ton of cool downloadable indie games because Nintendo is really going after them. And those two together will keep me totally good for this entire coming gen. Any 3rd party games that come to Wii U that I might actually want, will be icing on the cake.
MUCH later in the gen, I MIGHT get a PS4 when it's much cheaper. But only if it has The Last Guardian and a few other games that I would actually want for it. Otherwise, I'm good with one console.
I already have a WiiU. I will be getting the PS4 sometime next year.

Gaming on: PS4 Pro, Switch, SNES Mini, Wii U, PC (i5-7400, GTX 1060)
X1 for sure (sometime in 2014), because their exclusives blow Sony's out of the water for me. Quantum Break and Halo are must-haves for me, and Sunset Overdrive has also caught my attention. Project Spark looks intriguing too, I'm interested to see how that develops over time.
The only game from Sony that seemed kinda cool was The Order 1886; definitely an interesting steampunk vibe. The Witness and Transistor both look awesome, but both are quite possibly also coming to Xbox One (especially Transistor, which is the one I want more). But the other titles like Killzone, Infamous, Knack, and the Square Enix stuff just don't grab me (are FFXV and KH3 even exclusive to PS4? I couldn't tell; I expected they would be, but the Sony guy only said "coming to PS4").
It's possible Sony might win me over in the long run; I am considering a PS3 purchase once the price gets down to around $99 or so, just to pick up a few of their exclusives. The Last Guardian would have gone a LONG way in winning me over (for whichever console it had been announced for, PS3 or PS4). Nintendo probably has even less chance, although if they can keep nailing down SEGA exclusives that might be enough to convince me to pick one up at the end of it's life cycle.
Either way, it'll probably be a while before I pick up a Sony or Nintendo platform, because that Xbox One is going to run me $500. Yikes. C'mon, Microsoft, how could you let Sony get such a huge leg up on you on price? Very disappointed with that. Microsoft is probably going to need a price cut sooner rather than later, though I'm not sure I can see them dropping the price within the first year unless sales are REALLY bad. Like, Wii U bad.

There are no fees for xbox one games
Online in ps4 isn't free anymore
please update that
I will buy both but xbox one first.
PS4 & WiiU for me which is the exact opposite of what I would have said 6 months ago before all this DRM business.

PS4 probably at launch with Shadowfall and maybe a WiiU late 2014
Well, we don't know anything yet so I can't give any full confirmation.
Assuming that Nintendo has at least a good presentation with games this year, I'll probably have a Wii U this Christmas. I have PC now, and I'll decide between XbOne and PS4 on what my friends get.
