It looked great, but also like a Watch_Dogs clone, which borrows from AC. It didn't have much wow for me, but looked very pretty.

Looked alright, but not great...

So far it's the only true next-gen game of E3 in the terms of graphics. 

In the begginning I thought it would be a survival game like "I am alive".  My interest was instantly gone when I realized it was a shooter.

That's pretty much exactly what Ubisoft is doing all the time with their top games.

Assassin's Creed is a Prince of Persia clone mixed with Splinter Cell.
Far Cry 3 borrowed heavily from Assassin's Creed (enemy types, hunting, stealth, climbing towers).
The Division uses the same kind of suddenly appearing in game font from Splinter Cell Conviction and uses the watch(?) like the phone/hacking device in Watch Dogs.

Maybe the prettiest next gen game I've seen yet. And I like the open world rpg aspect to it. Really cool .
