• Used games determined by publisher, at certain retailers only
• Can "give" a game to a friend who has been on your friends list for 30 days, can only be done once
• YOU are in control of what Kinect can see and hear

To clarify because I don't think the OP is clear. Each game can be given away for free to a friend once.

I think the real killer is the "1 hour on other consoles" thing.  If only for people who want to own multiple Xbox Ones.  (Unless they give an option for that.)
