So what if you're a college/university student living in dorms and your campus doesn't allow internet connection for video game consoles? What if you're someone in the armed forces and you can't access the internet?

Niche Install bases..Your argument is invalid

This is valid.

This mostly sounds pretty good to me. I can see how some points in there are a turn off for some people, but there's nothing in there that effects me negatively at all.

That doesn't sound too bad. Gamesharing with 10 family/friend is most likely going to be modified. I am sure it is not like Sony's game sharing on upto 5 psn accounts.

Rest is alright. Not as bad as they their incompetent public relations reps made it seem.

Do you know how much time my console spends connected to the internet?

Not able to carry my console into my friend's because I need to connect it to be checked is a dealbreaker, to me at least.

Well you are welcome to Nintendo and Sony. I'll dedicate a level to you on Little Mario Bros.

Not so bad, a much better arrangement than Steam.

Not sure. You got to ask Wright when he is back or quote him.

Connectivity

- Recommended connection of 1.5Mbps
- System is designed to verify if system, application or game updates are needed and to see if you have acquired new games, or resold, traded in, or given your game to a friend
- Games that are designed to take advantage of the cloud may require a connection
- Play offline for up to 24 hours on your primary console
- Play offline up to one hour if you are logged on to a separate console accessing your library
Can’t game offline after these prescribed times until you re-establish a connection, but you can still watch live TV and Blu-ray and DVD movies

We are screwed. Speaking for a lot of countries in Asia. It's like no Xbone for you.

You have to bring your account to your friends house and let them play it over there. Can't have two of the same account running at the same time. No lending, either you relinquish your rights to a game or play it by yourself or your family (whom are the only ones in your house allowed to play your games via parental controls)

Great job MS! This clear stuff and it's a lot better than the absurd things fans of opposing consoles were saying. I will definitely be getting Xbox One. I also love how they're being fair to players that want to sell used games and to the developers to make the games.
