So ive been playing Fire Emblem like crazy for the past 2 months and need a new game. A few ive been thinking about getting are

Luigis Mansion-one on GC was great

DKC Returns-never played the Wii version

Kingdom Hearts-never played any game in this series, will I be lost?

Any other games i should try?

1- Luigi for sure

2- DK is better now becuase you don't have to use motions controls

3- Yes you will be lost, but not so lost. The game is amazing, just go to youtube and watch some videos and you'll be ok

Some people may recommend against it but Paper Mario is a good game in my opinion

Buy Ace Combat. Seriously, it's one of the best 3DS games out there IMO.

Anyway, between these, I'd recommend Luigi's Mansion for sure. DKCR is great, but the Wii version is better, so if I were you I would try to play it on Wii first before trying to buy the 3DS version.

I played the one on GC but wasnt a big fan and never played the DS/Wii games.I guess I can give the series another shot tho

Hmm, it depends on why you didn't like the one on the GC.  

The one on GC is pretty much an N64 port. 3DS one is a lot bigger.

If you haven't played Donkey Kong Country Returns yet, that's definitely a must buy. One of the best platformers of the 7th generation (from what I've heard, the port is excellent).

Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon is also great. Simple yet fun gaming mechanics and great detailed level design. Also comes with a solid sense of humor.

And of course, Animal Crossing is releasing soon. It will destroy all of our (non virtual) social lives.
