It's not part of any of the issues you mentioned, but the latest Fire Emblem is still called ''Kakusei'' instead of ''awakening''. Don't know if it's worth changing or if it's even a issue for you, but it kind of bugged me for a while lol.

MGS HD collection has the limited edition cover art and not the standard art. Maybe you should make them separate.

Borderlands 2 and Naruto Ultimate Ninja Generations need to have cover art changed as well.

There is no Monter Hunter 3 Ultimate for 3DS, only Wii U. There is only MH 3G.

Oracle of Ages and Seasons from eShop need to be added.

I've noticed that the console versions of Resident Evil: Revelations still have the 3DS box-art. Which is kind of funny, actually.

Not entirely related, but someone else posted my same question. Why do some games (particularly newer games, in my case for 3DS and Wii U) only allow you to add them to a wishlist or track them, but won't let me add them to "My Games" so I can rate them and whatnot?

There is a *work-a-round for that. Smeags figured it out, I think... Although, I can't remember what he told me. So you'll have to ask him yourself.
