I didn't see anywhere in there that it said they wouldn't have any sort of DRM. What they said was if you need to register that is up to the publisher. Which pretty much means that if EA does it, Sony wont stop them from doing it.
Sorry but its pretty clear this is an open admission that it will in fact have DRM and there will in fact be an extra charge for those buying used if the publisher wants that.

See unlike ms drm there is absolutely no reason to believe what you are saying. There is no evidence to support those claims. We know ps4 wont require online. How do you expect sony to unlock used games or get the fees without a connection

Actually, there are evidences. The RFID chip patent made by Sony is a big one, and it would work without internet connection to block used games.

By the way, im pretty sure that patent is old as hell and one came before the ps3 launch as well that sony neverimplemented l
