Why are we speaking of Halo 5?

Arkham Origins is scheduled for release this year! This is our chance to kill the bat, and be rid of him once and for all!

I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft announced an HD Halo Trilogy for Fall 2013, and Halo 5 for fall 2014.

That's 2/15, both Halo, 1 remake.

It is stupid, because it is too soon.   It is a flagship franchise that actually 1requires 2-3 years in order to be done properly; and even more considering they are going nextgen.   And also, it is too obvious for M$ to do this; 2considering how this gen went regarding M$ (sequels, sequels, sequels and more sequels)   3 people, gamers, media want new experiences at this E3.   If they do it it will be received very baldy.

1- Tell me a Halo game that wasn't done properly.

2- There is no game that keeps on coming fresh like Halo every iteration for short periods of time(2-3). No other game has more people camping outside for midnight release. You Sony fans talk like your company doesn't milk their cows. Look at this skinny cow I brought from Somalia:

Since 2005 except 06 Sony been draining this poor cow non-stop.  And Halo is being milked?

3- I'm tired of this fallacy. People want good games, new experiences do no mean better experiences. Lets say Sony varies their 1st party releases better, but how is the reception of the games from you guys? POOR,POOR,POOR. The only game to succeed in today's market is Uncharted. The rest go quickly under the radar after release.

Oh brother....Now it's stupid to show  the consoles Killer App at this years E3...With Bungie going multi Platform I think MS should put faith Back in the franchise...And why would it be GCI..Your argument against Halo is Invalid

It won't get released soon but what is wrong about showing it? And please leave out this crap (sequels) as you know that this is not entirely right and also applies to $ony. If you want to be taken serious in discussions, don't do this, it will automatically put your post in the bad corner.

 I also doubt Halo 5, whatever they will show, will be received badly - Halo never failed until now.

Remember, people wanted GT6 to come to PS4 - why? Because it is their major ip, so is Halo for MS. $ony chose to keep their plan (two GTs per console), MS decides to do different. I also remember that many people also said Halo 4 would fail and it turned out it didn't in any way saleswise.

You are right, nothing wrong with showing it :) This is just another bashing post from someone who keeps posting bad things/arguments about Microsoft (just look at his "$" in MS, it says everything); nothing very constructive here.

It would be a great move from Microsoft to show a glispe of Halo 5. Even if this is not coming out this year; it is definitely what the majority of the Xbox comminity want to see. A Halo Wars 2 (or any other spin off) would also be awesome.

Of course :) And I would actually prefer Halo 2 HD first, I have so many good memories of Halo 2 and Xbox Live...
(same goes for Halo CE and XBConnect!)
