I would buy a glasses-free 3D TV as soon as it costs what a glasses-required tv costs now.

At first I was like "there are 3D trailers!" but then I realized you meant 3D movie trailers.
Well, I do think it would be a good idea if they put some up on the 3DS eShop... 3D trailers and movies... don't know why they haven't yet.

I think you might want to take a look at my post on the previous page. Although so far v2.0 is far better than the later versions of 3D Video Converter and I'm not sure if that's still linked in the thread so you might be out of luck.
Despite Nintendo's best efforts, i still see 3D as a pointless gimmick. When i play a demo of it in the shop, i just turn 3D off altogether, it's just better without it. And it's also really expensive to get a 3DTV still, while not too many movies are available in 3D and you have to buy those stupid glasses...

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

why should someone have to go through all that to watch 3d videos on a damn system made for 3D? Thats not very consumer friendly.
OT. I agree with the OP but not on the resolution. Glasses would make it even more cumbersome. Ive just accepted i dont care for the whole Window 3D. I much prefer the actual popup that glasses provide. Its no biggie i usually have the 3d off as it doesnt really add anything to the games at least they dont for me.

I play full 3D all the time - it adds a level of immersion

Games can and should tell stories and share ideas through their mechanics. This is the intrinsic element of the medium and this is how experiences should be crafted in video games. No company does this as well as Nintendo and their echoes from the past.
