Aw yes it sure did. I love the back and forth action between Yosuke and Teddie, Rise getting jealous of Marie, the jokes about kanji tatsumi being gay. Chie and yukkio. Noato had her moments too.
In fact, anything either Moneybags says in the first 3 Spyro games cracks me up. I'd purposefully say no to his requests just to see what insult he'd fling in my direction.
Qwark normally gets a good laugh out of me in the Ratchet games no matter what.
Oh, and this cutscene from Up Your Arsenel... lol:

To add my own opinion to the thread - I was also a fan of the first 2 Discworld games, they were quite funny if youre into the whole Discworld thing. Rincewind in the games is also voiced by Eric Idle which is a huge advantage it has over the majority of other games.
Discworld 1+2, sure.
Plus: Simon the Sorcerer 1+2, Space Quest series, Grim Fandango, Leisure Suit Larry series, The Legend of Kyrandia series, Toonstruck, Ace Attorney series, Deponia series, The Book of Unwritten Tales 1+2.
IMO graphic/point&click adventure has always been the best genre when it comes to humor in games.
You can't mention Ratchet & Clank in a thread about humor without mentioning Mr. zurkon (Yes, I know I have done the same in this very thread already). I found myself deploying Zurkon even when I was safely travelling worlds, just to hear him speak.

(I'm not sure if this is a good video because videos aren't loading on my phone)
