Wheatley's inane banter had me laughing a lot too. Made a bit of a change from Glados' insults.
Anyway, here are two my my favourite humorous quotes from two of my favourite Insomniac Games... games:

In fact, anything either Moneybags says in the first 3 Spyro games cracks me up. I'd purposefully say no to his requests just to see what insult he'd fling in my direction.
Qwark normally gets a good laugh out of me in the Ratchet games no matter what.
