no 77 37.02%

maybe 20 9.62%

Fuck Syria, I want games ... 54 25.96%

Total:206

The Situation is far more difficult than one can understand. You can't distinguish right from wrong over there, crazy shit is happening. But what can you excpect from dozens of different parties trying to get a future foothold in a torn-up country.

I want the real opressed people to win, the poor that stood up two years ago against the authorian regime of Assad. But now the rebels are mostly muslimextremist so I certainly don't want them to win.

How does that work? There isn't a third side

Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

'When the people are being beaten with a stick, they are not much happier if it is called the people's stick'- Mikhail Bakunin

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

I really don't know which side to support. The news isn't trustworthy. My guess is both sides are morons and like the youths in Sweden, they do it just for fun. Even some young muslims from the Netherlands have gone there to fight. For Allah...

The Kurds in the north of Syria. So far they've tried to stay neutral.

And people say to me -- propaganda doesn't exist :D

Check.

In Germany all these riots were labeled "arabian spring" - look how this turned out in the countries which fought for "democracy" and how the situation is by now. Also the "rebels" are not a homogenous group as I read. There are several groups which have different goals and Asad has to fight all of these groups. It is ashaming what crimes the rebels already have done and I doubt it will be better if they will lead the country. Several churchs got burned down, walls in churchs have been painted with blood... Not a good sign for the syrian future.

Just like in Egypt and Libya there are no good-guys in this fight. The best thing for us in the West is to just stay out of it no matter what happens because there is no winner here

Meet the new guy, same as the last guy.

There are no good choices, only bad and worse one's.

Assad dies and the rebel leaders are charged by the new government for unacceptable acts they commited against the Syrian people thoughout the rebelion.

Most likely the rebel's will win and they will form a temporary government that until they can transition to a democracy and will implement policies that favor the islamic faith and those of it.

Or we could be looking at military rule as a possibility. Who know's.
