Assad dies and the rebel leaders are charged by the new government for unacceptable acts they commited against the Syrian people thoughout the rebelion.
Most likely the rebel's will win and they will form a temporary government that until they can transition to a democracy and will implement policies that favor the islamic faith and those of it.
Or we could be looking at military rule as a possibility. Who know's.
