Good to see some positive news in this week of doom.

Christopher Seavor, project lead on Conker's Bad Fur Day and its remake Live & Reloaded, tweeted earlier today about the need to acquire Wii U development kits for his studio, Gory Detail.

Along with being project leader and game designer on Conker, Seavor also voiced the vulgar squirrel, and wrote the script for the game. Seavor left Rare in order to start his own development studio, Gory Detail. The developer has released one mobile game with Parashoot Stan, and Seavor's Twitter account seems to imply that it is working on another.

All Seavor said on Twitter was, "WiiU devkits ain't cheap and it's lookin likely [Gory Detail] is gonna need 3 at some point this year."

No! WiiU owners can't have games!

I, as a mature and hardcore gamer will create a petition to cancel this project or port it to other consoles. That's how it should be.

Hopefully they are making a spiritual successor to Conker, that would be more than welcome.

As long as they get the same writer as Conker had for their game, they'll be good to go.

Conker built itself quite a cult base over the years.

Wonder what kind of game it is.

Cool. Loved Bad Fur Day.

Though I doubt it will be anything spectacular, I will keep an eye out for whatever it is.

It will be a Squirrel called Bonker and the game will be called Bonkers Bad Fur Week.
