Graphically not impressive. Gameplay sounds promising.

But, yeah it doesn't look impressive at all, but I never expected it to anyway.

It looks current gen, but vastly superior to the last five COD games, which already looked "good enough," imo. Honestly, I would've been shocked if this looked anywhere near as impressive as BF4, considering that Infinity Ward is definitely going for a solid 60fps with this.

I thought, it looked rather nice. Maybe I'm just easily impressed, not sure lol

I don't get why you act so surprised.
We know that the technical leap is not as much as last gen. On top of that the difference between games that come out late into a gen and games at the start of a new gen aren't that amazing.
And to add to that the difference in FPS. Don't you think that Ghosts with 30FPS would look better than any of these games you've mentioned ?
The best comparison is MW3/BO2 on PS360 vs. Ghosts on XboxOne/PS4 (actually Ghosts vs. Ghosts would be even better, but I don't think we will see much if any PS360 footage before launch).
Even on the old CoD games the FPS can dip below 60 FPS in some places, so there isn't that much room left for them to improve unless setting the limit to 30FPS.

Does Ghosts look better than BO2/MW3 ? Yes.
Is it a big difference ? Maybe not, but it's not a small step either.

Now does Killzone Shadow Fall look ten times better than Killzone 3 ? Surely not.
Finally compare Shadow Fall with a (modded or not) Crysis, Skyrim or something else that runs at 15FPS on a comparable hardware.

Farcry 3.

It looks good sure, but I was expecting a bit more.  Probably my fault for think Activision/Inifinity Ward would be different this time.

Not impressed. By first glance, looks a lot like CryEngine 3 to me (with worse character models that fall in the uncanny valley). Not helped the fact that they tried to promote the game by doing a side-by-side comparison (which didn't actually have any side-by-side comparisons in it) instead of letting the game amaze by itself - which they couldn't do because the game isn't all that impressive.

And to go slightly off-topic, I'm not impressed with other features, either. There's absolutely nothing new or innovative.

I think that next gen comes in with the interactive and changing environments for multiplayer... most people have missed that I think. You cannot expect a huge graphics leap from HD to HD. If they get bigger set pieces, bigger maps and more players in games I think that its a pretty dramatic leap.

The graphics leap was really not that small ether.

I don't think that the graphics will blow people away but environments and gameplay will
