Everything I've posted there is correct. This software engineer is talking complete bollocks regardless of his qualifications and experience. And I'd just like to point out that I too have an IT background and have had that since 1987.

I hate when people say they know more just because they have (more) experience and not be open to advice or at least listen to an opinion to an outsider for an out-of-the-box thinking...
