Lemme see if I can find something from before and after. The most noticeable things (in my opinion) is my gut got a lot smaller, I lost my boobs, my arms got much more toned, and my face got skinnier (I didn't even know my face was fat before). Surprisingly enough (with all the walking I get), my upper legs are still actually pretty fatty, which is something I want to work on.

Being somebody with a large body in general (I just have a big build, I get it from my mom and dad), I don't actually really want to lose anymore weight, however, so anything else I work on is solely trying to replace fat weight with muscle weight.

Height and weight. Not sure about those at the moment. Somewhere around 1,90m and 70kg.

almost never (though when I do my errands, take somewhat long walks (I don't have a car))

Sports never really interested me

5' 8" used to be 184lbs (i'm not too familiar with the metric system); but after slightly changing my diet, I went down by 20lbs roughly.

Resistance.. with very short breaks between sets. It doesn't take me more than an hour to finish 5-6 exercises (3-4 sets) when training alone.

Actually, that's the same thing I do for resistance training. I go 5 days a week for resistance and the sixth day is for aerobics. I'm very specific on the resistance days so I don't spend more than an hour and my workout is efficient. When I did 3 days a week the last few exercises would suffer because I was approaching fatigue, so I wasn't getting maximum gains.
