Not as much lately but I do MMA/boxing/grappling. When I have a fight coming up I workout 3-4 hours per day and 5-6 days a week. 5' 10" and usually around 165 pounds

Sparring? Or are you an Amateur?

Amatuer, Ive had 6 mma bouts, 3 boxing, 3 kickboxing and a few hundred wrestling/grapping matches. A typical day of training would be 1 hr of strength/condioting followed by 1 hr striking technique, 1 hr grappling texhnique and finishing up with spareing 2-3 days per week

P90X, so 6-7 times a week. Im on my 3rd week. Chest & Back, and Yoga X are killing me

yoga x is horrible.... you should also do their plyometrics.. it is evil!

Plyometrics are easier after first 2 weeks. Yoga is also easier after you pass first 50 minutes

plyo killed my knees :(

It obliterated my quads and hamstrings first 2 weeks

i used to make A LOT of exercise daily,
but didnt grew at all due to me not liking eating very much

i did 200 abs, 100 push ups, 50 bar push ups and a bit of weight lifting, 50 repetitons with 10kg on each hand. Daily.

I try to do some exercise every day. I basically just use some dumb bells, do sit ups, squats, use the elliptical, and sometimes run. I also go to the gym at least a couple times a week.

most germans i know have the same body type... damn your guys genes!

Actually I'm like 25% turkish, 25% romanian, 25% prussian, 12,5% jewish and 12,5% italian. You couldn't have picked a worse person for a "German" body type :P

Not eating any type of fast food (in our family we cook fresh every day) and only drinking tap water mixed with 1/4 apple juice most of the time helps more than my "german" genes, I think

who are you deathpool????

Let's see: My one grandma was born in Germany during the war when her mother's family was taken from Romania to Germany to work for Daimler as slave workers. During the "Wirtschaftswunder" she met a turkish guest worker -> My father's side of the family

My other grandma was Italian/Jewish (born some time in the early 1930's, while my other grandpa was prussian. There might be much more nationalities mixed into my family, but these are the ones I know of xD

Sounds like a healthy pool of genes

Off topic: That's pretty normal for germans these days though. Germany is located in central Europe and has always had high immigration from other european countries. Especially Poland and after WW2 from Turkey as well. It's really hard these days to find germans without *some* kind of immigration background in their family. Unfortunately half the country still lives in some sort of delusional state and keeps denying this - because most people are (the irony!) so well integrated into society that you don't even realize their parents are from another country unless you dig deeper and ask them. Personally, I live 5 minutes from the french border and about 20 minutes from switzerland so it's pretty normal in our region to have lots of french, italian or swiss people around here... So as for aikohualda's claim: All europeans look the same confirmed? (Ok that was a lot of off-topic stuff...)

And on topic: I go jogging twice per week and do exercising about once per week currently. I'm planning to get back into heavier training though. Unfortunately university + work really took away a lot of time over the last months.
