Amatuer, Ive had 6 mma bouts, 3 boxing, 3 kickboxing and a few hundred wrestling/grapping matches. A typical day of training would be 1 hr of strength/condioting followed by 1 hr striking technique, 1 hr grappling texhnique and finishing up with spareing 2-3 days per week
