I think they would have shown at least one if they would have included some in the game but I wouldn't count it out 100% percent until E3.

GTPlanet is bigger and the only place PD get user feedback and ideias for the games....

GT fans are expecting GT for PS3 because nobody whants to move to PS4 yet... they don't care about PS4 right now... they want to play the next GT.

For fans and Sony financial.... GT6 on PS3 is the best move.

Which won't matter at all. Killzone 2 wiped the floor with Halo 3. Made no difference.

Don't want to get too OT, but that's hardly a like for like comparison. We're talking about enticement to buy a new console with an IP that's highly recognized and respected. Halo 3 for example is the same as GT series in those terms. Forza doesn't have that following but it's not really the point, GT does have it and it is a waste to chuck another release on the PS3 at this point in the game.

The driving physics is way any other racing simulation game in the market lol... try again... it is close to real-life.

Also seeing that this gen bred about 3 racing games, it isn't hard to be at the top and still be crap.

I hope that all the cars will be premium also.  If they can't do it I hope they at least increase the percentage of premium car I'm thinking at least half the cars should be premium cars.

Well there will be at least 400 (200 from GT5 + 200 new) and maybe they've upgraded some of the standards too.

Well GT5 has currently a little over 250 premium car since all the cars from GT5 will be in GT6 there should be close to 500 premium but I'm hoping for at least 600 or more.  It would also be nice if the would drop the NASCAR cars but that is not going to happen since all the GT5 cars will be in the game as long as they don't add any more of them I will be happy.  Also going by the pictures you posted from gtplanet I think a fair amount of standard cars will be upgrade from standard to premium the Alpine A110 and Lamborghghini Countach where standard cars in GT5 and they look like premium cars now.  The Tesla Model S and the 1986 Audi Sports Quattro S1 also looks very nice if the rest of the new cars are half as good as those two then it will have a solid lineup of new cars.

I didn't see why Forza needed to be referred to at all, but the point is the lower selling IP won't change anything because it looks better than the higher selling one. New hardware, old hardware, no matter. No matter how silly it is (and I agree) for Sony to release GT6 on PS3, it will make no difference if Forza 5 looks better than it or not. 


Sorry, didn't mean to bring Forza into it except for to say that it will be released at that time and is simply a further reason to not release on PS3. Nothing more, I'll be buying both...well actually come to think of it I probs won't be buying Forza..but defo getting wayyyy OT with that :)

It's still a bit unusual to see a Gran Turismo game release in the same quarter as the PS4. It might have been smarter to make GT6 for PS4 and delay it a year, but I guess PD really wanted to have the best sim on a 7th gen console.
