Honestly, for me this is a big deal.

First, you know their systems aren't secure, and when you see that hackers got all banks data from playstation network then you know it isn't secure at all. I don't want my data registered by Nintendo.

Second, I don't like digital content. It isn't really a copy of a game. It doesn't feel you own it at all. I don't like that, when I buy something, I want it for real, physically.

Nintendo won't store your card information unless you tell them to. I don't store mine for the same reason, I don't mind entering my info every time I make a purchase.
