EA, they showed other third parties how to screw gamers and still make a shit ton of money while doing so

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

They're going third party any minute now, so I'm gonna say Nintendo.

How do I respond to this without getting banned?

Not at all, just don't take anything this guy writes serious and you'll be right 99% of the time. He's only here for entertainment purposes

I'm really really bad at dealing with trolls - I fall for their tricks every single time!

Games can and should tell stories and share ideas through their mechanics. This is the intrinsic element of the medium and this is how experiences should be crafted in video games. No company does this as well as Nintendo and their echoes from the past.

Blizzard.

Think about how Starcraft shaped the RTS and brought it into the spotlight as a major genre. How Warcraft 3's hero system spawned DOTA and its numerous extremely popular clones. How Diablo and Diablo 2 made the roguelike RPG popular, revolutionizing massive online multiplayer. How WoW totally changed the MMO industry, and played a major part in the creation of the now popular free-to-play+microtransaction model because nobody could compete otherwise.

Battle.net was nothing short of the best online gaming network for years, hosting millions of players and matches of Starcraft and Warcraft, forging communities and economies of millions of player characters in Diablo. And it all started in an age of dialup internet. No doubt it influenced later services like PSN and XBL. Blizzard's role in the growth of online multiplayer gaming is enormous.

id Software - Wolfenstein 3D, Doom and Quake.

They basically kicked off the FPS genre with Wolfenstein, smashed it out of the ballpark with Doom and gave rise to 3D gaming client/server online play with Quake (for which the very code is still ubiquitous to the games industry, today.)

It has to be CAPCOM. Gamers have been screaming over them since the start of this generation.

No. Just the people who don't know that the developers who made the best Capcom games have left them long time ago. One of my friend is such a fellow.

Square Enix!!!!!!!!!!
