I'm always serious. Mario Kart has a long way to go until release, but we knew it was hovering around the entry point for a while. I don't expect to see it move for a while, so it's likely to be shuffled out in the next week say. It could stay in, we shall see!


How about SAO? MH? etc. Also the fact that 4 games leave in 6 days and another 7 in a week, will put MK8 at rank #9th-13th and this is right before a weekend boost. Your underestimating it, unless you think 11+ games in a week will suddenly have 17+ points?

It'll be interesting to see how long Mario Kart 8 can stay on the charts. I'm not expecting too much.

In a week 12 games leave the chart. Mario Kart is probably on for good.

I'm really surprised to see it chart 2.5 months before release.....that's really amazing.

So that's seven possible days for it to slip, and only at 16 points. Considering the whole bottom of the list is in the 16 range, it might be a flip flop. If MK can keep ramping up pre-orders then it might stand a chance in the next week.
