Can somebody explain the 'point' system of this. What does this say about the actual numbers of pre-orders for MH4?

That 95 people have pre-ordered Monster Hunter 4 at COMG stores.

You can extrapolate that however you like.  

What most people go for is that 1 point = 1k preorders across the whole of the Japan.  

Obviously, it's a lot more complicated than that (PSP/PS3 games tend to over-perform on COMG compared to Media Create; 3DS & Vita games under-perform at the moment), and whether it's an established series or new IP will be a factor as well.
