Its so interesting to look at Sony's first party games in Japan. They are garnering praise and sales success in most regions. But in Japan, they are dwarfed by Nintendo's first party offerings. Yea with Splatoon, Smash, Mario Kart, 2D Mario, 3D Mario and Pokemon Nintendo has 6 IPs that sell on the level or higher than MH and DQ (all versions combined) in Japan, while FF dropped pretty far behind that. Nintendo 1st party is just sooo much more popular than anything else there - it wouldn't surprise me if a single Nintendo game outsold all Sony 1st party games in a gen combined.

In Japan?  I think any game with 4m+ sales would accomplish that.

Ring Fit Adventures week is bigger than its launch week (68 vs 61)
Fishing Spirits streak ends after 15 weeks
Super Mario Maker 2 streak ended last week after 18
And Smash Ultimates second streak ended this week after 16

Oh wow, looks like Ring fit adventure might become a solid hit if it keep doing well out of the holidays, it has good chances to explode during the holiday. Don't think this is as strong as Wii fit or kinect but still can make pull the balance a little in some families.

ring fit could get 1M in Japan with those sales, great for a new ip!!, bit disappointed about luigis mansion lets hope it get higher this christmas break
