Its more because of the graphical aspect of both games. Yokai Watch 4 appears to look really good in a graphical sense while some are complaining of Pokemon Sword/Shield to being outdated in its graphical design. Personally, I don't really care which one is graphically better as they aimed for different designs so its all subjective.

Not long now, before switch completely takes over the software charts in japan.

You just cannot compete with a portable device in japan .
Would love to see sony give another go at the handheld market .
