I see alot of people commenting about ARMS, I only saw the first trailer back when the Switch was first announced. Is it made by a Japanese developer?

Edit : I mean Japanese studio, I know Nintendo is publishing it.

I wouldn't be too afraid for ARMS. It got its testfire boost on Amazon. Expecting at least 3 points tomorrow, and the day after.

Splatoon was around that figure too at 20 days left, so not all hope is lost.

EDIT: Splatoon was actually lower at 20 days left to go with 24 pts.
