It's a chain of stores in Japan that publicise their pre orders every night. So if a game gets 1 point it means one copy of that game was pre ordered across their chain of ~10 stores.

We try to estimate their overall Japanese launch sales by comparing their pre orders to other past titles which we know their pre orders and their launch sales.

You'll often get a title with for example 70 pre orders and it will launch with close to 70k sales so a 1:1 ratio.

Knowing the history of ratios for a particular series can help you better guess the launch sales.

Funny how something so trivial could one take take the title of biggest ever Vgchartz thread.

I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

Surprised that the PS4 version of DQ11 is still so close to the 3DS version.
It seems the PS4 version of Ys 8 will flop, i hope it sells decently in the west.

Dont think Ys 8 vita version even showed up, so it seems Ys 8 PS4 is doing pretty good at COMG at least.

Edit: but the lower limit was ~23 pts, only 17 left if PS4 version wants to beat the minimum.
