It should still get to 1m but it mostly depends on digital sales. It seems to be doing better than FFXIII-2 at retail and FFXIII-2 ended up with 914k (+26k re-releases).

So with PS4 bundles, ultimate collector's edition(only sold online, not sure if it will be tracked) and digital (also not tracked) FFXV should have done around 850k. It will easily pass 1 million but still a long way behind FFXIII. Digital sales have come a long way since XIII released but im no sure they make up 20-25% of sales in Japan like they do in the west.
